Restore & Update

Is your wordpress website malfunctioning? Does it have a virus? First and foremost we highly recommend having Firewall protection so this is less likely to happen again. However, since it has happened, as long as your website host (Godaddy, etc.) provides you with automatic website backups, we can restore your website to an older version to rid the malfunctioning. Through this process we will restore the database and all files in your website, which can take up to 24 hours for the software to complete. Then we will update all themes and plugins to the best of our ability. However, please understand, anything that has been added to your site since the time stamped backup we restore it to, will be deleted. For example, if today is Friday and your site began malfunctioning on Wednesday, we would restore it back to how it was on Tuesday. Anything added on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday, will no longer exist on your site. This is not limited to, but includes:

1. New pages you added
2. Updates to pages
3. Blog posts added or updated
4. Comments on your site
5. Plugins added, deleted, and updated
6. Pictures and videos added, deleted, or updated
